interior designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing functional, beautiful, and innovative interior spaces. In this position, you will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, trades and vendors to bring design visions to life, while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences and budget

  • Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards and plans

  • Manage site measures and create detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations

  • Source and specify furnishings, materials, colors and accessories

  • Coordinate with contractors, trades and vendors to ensure projects are executed on time and in accordance with the design plan

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products and design software

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • 2+ years of proven experience working as an Interior Designer in a design firm 

  • Proficiency in design software such as Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office and AI tools

  • Strong understanding of spatial planning, furniture, and construction processes

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Strong work ethic, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred

LOCATION:
